Consultation fee (50 mins+): $275. With a Medicare rebate of $149.05 (for a Clinical Psychologist), the gap you would pay is approximately $125.95.. There is no additional charge for Saturdays or after-hours. This fee applies to both in-clinic and Telehealth appointments.
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist. However, with a GP referral under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (Better Access), you are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session with a Clinical Psychologist, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Bulk-billing services are not offered at this clinic.
Please note: from late 2025, Medicare pays this rebate only when your referral comes from your usual GP, or a GP at the practice where you're enrolled in MyMedicare. Referrals from psychiatrists and paediatricians also qualify. If you're unsure, please check with your GP before booking.
Our fees sit well below the National Recommended Fee. The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a standard 46–60 minute consultation fee of around $318 for 2025.

As per our policy, at least 48 hours notice is required prior to your scheduled session time for any alterations to your appointment time (cancellations and rescheduling). If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your session fee. If you cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours or non-attendance without advice, this will incur a full fee.
To ensure you will not be charged, please remember to reschedule or cancel your appointment as soon as possible. This will allow for patients on the waiting list to be seen and offered a service.
